Set preferred Wi-Fi networks In Mac

If there are a few different Wi-Fi networks around that you connect to (and some in the same place), you can set an order of preference for your so that it will always connect to the one you want if it's available.

  • Go to System Preferences
  • Network,
  • Click Wi-Fi if it's not selected
  • Then click Advanced...

Here, you can drag networks up and down in the list to prioritise them, or select one and then click the minus button to remove it from the list altogether.
